Shalimar Recording & Broadcasting Company Limited (SRBC) is an unlisted public limited Company by shares, incorporated in 1974 under the administrative control of Ministry of Information and Broadcasting. It has been defined as National Broadcaster at Sections 2p and 37a of the PEMRA Act-2007.

In 1989 it created a wholly owned Peoples Television Network (Pvt) Limited which was later amalgamated with SRBC with the new name of "STN", now called "ATV". SRBC has 12 TV, 09 FM and 08 Re-broadcast Stations in the urban centers of Pakistan.
